Shipping policy

We ship all OG Coffee orders via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (Padded Envelope).

Because we roast in small batches in Seattle, most orders ship within 1–3 business days after your order processes (or your subscription renews). Once your package is scanned by USPS, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

USPS Priority Flat Rate typically delivers in 1–3 business days after acceptance (timing can vary by location and seasonal volume).

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to update it, do so at least 48 hours before your next subscription renewal so we can catch it in time.

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, message us within 7 days and we’ll make it right (replacement, reship, or store credit—whatever makes sense).
